T13 is simply an abbreviation for Titan13, our brand.
It started as a short way for our community to refer to our figures, and over time it became part of our identity.
T13 doesn’t refer to a generic type of figure. It refers specifically to Titan13 products, designs, and everything we build around them.
Some of our early work was based on open-source models, such as Dummy13, which was originally released under a CC BY 4.0 license. This allows creators to build upon it as long as proper credit is given.
We used that as a starting point in late 2023 and have since developed our own versions, improving details, creating new designs, adding accessories, and turning them into physical products accessible to everyone, not just people with 3D printers.
Today, every T13 product you see on our website is either:
• fully developed by us
• or part of a collaboration where we’ve added our own improvements
We always give proper credit to original creators, which you can find in our acknowledgments section.
For those who prefer to print models themselves, we also provide access to the original files when applicable.
When we started Titan13 in late 2023, we built on top of open-source articulated designs — most notably Dummy13, released under a CC BY 4.0 license, which allows commercial use with proper credit. That gave us a strong foundation to enter this space and understand what our community loved. Since then, we've evolved far beyond that starting point. We design our own figures, develop new articulation systems, and create unique accessories and variations as part of the Titan13 ecosystem. We always credit original creators where applicable — you can see who shaped the foundation of T13 on our Credits page.
Raw material is only a small part of the cost. A T13 figure involves design work, testing, multiple separate parts, machine time, failed prints, assembly, accessories, quality control, packaging, replacements, customer support, and the real cost of running a small team and a production operation. That's very different from someone printing a simple part at home, and it's also very different from giant toy companies producing massive injection-molded runs at scale. Our goal is to keep improving quality, consistency, and the overall experience while keeping our figures as accessible as we reasonably can.

For new releases or high-demand products, processing and shipping times may be longer due to order volume. If your order includes a pre-sale item, please check the product description for the official release and shipping dates.

Typically, our preparation time is between 2 to 3 business days. However, during peak demand periods, it may take a few additional days. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the high quality of our figures. First, check your tracking link to confirm the latest status — most "missing" orders show up within a few days of the expected delivery date. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, or if it's been stuck for more than a week without movement, email us at contact@titan13toy.com with your order number. All our orders are fully insured, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your order in case it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If anything goes wrong during delivery, we replace the affected items at no extra cost to you — no carrier disputes, no waiting weeks for claims. It's not required, but for international orders or higher-value packages, most customers choose to add it for peace of mind
Pre-order products always show the expected shipping date on the product page — please check there first before ordering. For new releases with very high demand, processing and shipping times can run longer than usual. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, we'll email you with an update.
