General Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery from the date you receive your purchase. If 30 days from delivery have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, any issue related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging
To complete a return request, we require proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Return Process
To process your refund or return request within the 30-day period, the customer must cooperate with our customer support team.
This includes:
- responding to support emails
- providing requested information or documentation
If a customer does not respond or delays communication, and the 30-day period expires as a result, we reserve the right to deny the return or refund request.

Each case is reviewed individually. Titan13Toy reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a refund or replacement.
Requests submitted after the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Partial Refunds
In some situations only partial refunds may be granted.
Examples include:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Support solutions such as partial refunds, replacements, or alternative resolutions may also be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are
issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business
days. Bank processing times may vary

Sale Items & Gifts
Sale Items: Sale items may be eligible for replacement if defective, but are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
International Returns & Return Shipping
International Returns
Due to the international nature of our fulfillment operations, physical returns are generally not required for international orders. Returning products to our fulfillment centers would involve very high international shipping costs and complex customs procedures.
For this reason, in many situations we may offer alternative solutions instead of requiring the product to be returned.
These solutions may include:
- a partial refund while the customer keeps the item
- a replacement product
- another solution proposed by our support team
Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.
Return Shipping
Return instructions must always be provided by our customer support team before sending any item back. Customers must not send items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued after a return, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Product Characteristics & Safety
Manufacturing Variations: Due to the collectible and manufactured nature of our products, minor variations may occur between individual units. Titan13 figures are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques, including precision printing and manual assembly. As a result, small variations in surface finish, texture, articulation tightness, or minor visual details may occur between units.
These characteristics may include:
- minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- small layer marks or micro imperfections typical of 3D printing processes
- slight differences in articulation resistance between joints
- minor cosmetic variations between production batches
Product images displayed on our website are intended for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color, finish, or surface appearance may occur between the product shown and the final item received. These characteristics are considered normal product traits and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
Each figure is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Only significant structural damage, broken parts, or major production defects will qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Small Parts & Safety Notice: Titan13 figures may include small or detachable parts due to their articulated and modular design. Adult supervision is recommended for younger users, as small components may present a choking hazard if handled improperly. Titan13Toy cannot be held responsible for damage, injury, or misuse resulting from improper handling or lack of supervision.
Articulation Usage Disclaimer: Articulated figures are designed to allow poseability within normal handling conditions. Articulation joints may have natural resistance or tightness due to manufacturing tolerances and material properties. Damage resulting from excessive force, improper handling, or forced articulation beyond the natural range of movement will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation & Shipment Interception
If you wish to cancel an order after it has shipped but before delivery, please contact our support team immediately at: contact@titan13toy.com
If the request is made within a reasonable timeframe, we may attempt to request a shipment interception with the carrier.
However:
- shipment interception is not guaranteed
- it depends entirely on the carrier's ability to stop the package in transit
If interception is successful, the package may be returned to our fulfillment center and a refund may be processed. If interception is not possible, the shipment will proceed to delivery and the order will follow our standard policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered.
Free Porch Pirate Protection
Free Porch Pirate Protection is included at no extra cost on eligible orders. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
What is covered: Free Porch Pirate Protection applies when the shipping carrier leaves the package unattended at the customer's door, porch, entrance, lobby, or another unsecured location, and the customer did not authorize unattended delivery.
Yes, it's included in a funnel we have in the Aftersell app.
Required proof: Accepted proof may include:
- Carrier delivery photo showing the package left at the door, porch, lobby, entrance, or similar unsecured location
- Tracking information showing delivery to a porch, door, lobby, entrance, or similar location
- Written confirmation from the carrier that the package was left unattended
- Any other delivery evidence showing that the package was left in an unsecured location
What is not covered: Free Porch Pirate Protection does not apply if:
- The package was handed directly to the customer or someone at the delivery address
- The customer authorized the carrier to leave the package unattended
- The customer selected a safe place, porch, lobby, entrance, parcel box, locker, or unattended delivery option
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- The package was delivered to the correct address with no carrier evidence showing it was left unattended
- The customer provides only a statement without carrier evidence
- The issue is reported outside the allowed claim window, except where a longer period is required by applicable law
Claim window: Customers must contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
Resolution: If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions, subject to applicable law:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund
- Alternative resolution depending on stock availability and order details
Free Porch Pirate Protection is limited to one approved claim per order.
Unforeseen Circumstances, EU Customers & Contact
Unforeseen Circumstances: We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, labor strikes, severe weather, customs delays, governmental restrictions, and shipping carrier disruptions. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these external factors.
Fraud Prevention: Titan13Toy reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or further support in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated claims from the same customer.
European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal: Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@titan13toy.com and include your order number and the date you received the product. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds for Withdrawals: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund including the standard shipping costs originally paid. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from delivery from the day we receive the returned product, or the day you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Return Shipping for EU Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
EU customers retain all mandatory consumer rights underapplicable law, including the right of withdrawal andconformity guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits thoserights.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
