T13 is simply an abbreviation for Titan13, our brand.

It started as a short way for our community to refer to our figures, and over time it became part of our identity.

T13 doesn’t refer to a generic type of figure. It refers specifically to Titan13 products, designs, and everything we build around them.

Some of our early work was based on open-source models, such as Dummy13, which was originally released under a CC BY 4.0 license. This allows creators to build upon it as long as proper credit is given.

We used that as a starting point in late 2023 and have since developed our own versions, improving details, creating new designs, adding accessories, and turning them into physical products accessible to everyone, not just people with 3D printers.

Today, every T13 product you see on our website is either:
• fully developed by us
• or part of a collaboration where we’ve added our own improvements

We always give proper credit to original creators, which you can find in our acknowledgments section.

For those who prefer to print models themselves, we also provide access to the original files when applicable.

Yes, all payments are securely processed through Shopify, which is PCI compliant by default.
This means we do not have access to your full credit card details and cannot manually charge customers outside of what was authorized during checkout.

All of our current figures are designed and developed by our team.
When we started in late 2023, we explored open-source models such as Dummy13, which is licensed under CC BY 4.0 and allows commercial use with proper credit.
This helped us enter the space and understand what the community enjoyed.
Since then, we’ve evolved far beyond that starting point. Today, we create our own original designs, develop new concepts, improve articulation systems, and produce unique accessories and variations as part of the Titan13 ecosystem.
We always respect and credit original creators where applicable, and our focus now is on building and expanding our own designs.

Raw material by itself is only one small part of the cost.

A T13 figure involves design work, testing, multiple separate parts, machine time, failed prints, assembly, accessories, quality control, packaging, replacements, customer support, and the real cost of running a small team and production operation.

That is very different from someone printing a simple part at home, and it is also very different from giant toy companies producing huge injection-molded runs at massive scale. The cost comes from the full process behind designing, making, assembling, checking, packing, and supporting each figure properly.

Our goal is to keep improving quality, consistency, and the overall experience while keeping our figures as accessible as we reasonably can.
